SMS and Text Messaging Communications Policy
Hobbs Legacy Law Group, LLC may offer clients and prospective clients the option of receiving text message communications.
Types of Messages
Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Appointment reminders
- Scheduling updates
- Document requests
- Portal notifications
- Payment reminders
- General client service communications
Consent
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to receive text communications from Hobbs Legacy Law Group, LLC.
Consent is not required as a condition of retaining the Firm.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending upon your wireless carrier and mobile plan.
Confidentiality
Text messaging is not always a secure means of communication. Clients should not transmit highly sensitive, confidential, or urgent legal information through text messages unless specifically instructed to do so.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to a text message;
- Contacting our office directly; or
- Updating communication preferences with the Firm.
