Why Choose Us
Planning for your family, your assets, and your future is deeply personal. The legal guidance you receive should be, too.
Hobbs Legacy Law Group, LLC, was built around the belief that exceptional legal planning requires more than technical knowledge. It requires understanding the people behind the plan, their families, their concerns, what they have built, and what they hope to protect.
We combine sophisticated estate and elder law planning with a highly personalized client experience. Our clients receive clear guidance, thoughtful strategies, responsive communication, and a legal team committed to being there not only for the decisions they face today, but for the changes life may bring tomorrow.
Protecting Today. Preserving Tomorrow.
Who We Are: A Firm Built Around the Client
Hobbs Legacy Law Group, LLC, is a boutique estate planning and elder law firm based in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, founded by Certified Elder Law Attorney Rebecca A. Hobbs.
Rebecca created Hobbs Law with a clear vision: to provide the depth and sophistication of an experienced estate and elder law practice while delivering a more personal, responsive, and thoughtfully designed client experience.
As a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA®), Rebecca has demonstrated specialized knowledge and experience in elder law. She is also accredited by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
She is aided in her work by litigation attorney Scott J. Werner, Jr., and associate attorney Thomas A. Mastroianni.
Together, our team helps individuals and families plan for what matters most, protect what they have built, navigate life’s transitions, and preserve their legacies for the people and causes they care about.
What Sets Us Apart
Personalized planning, not one-size-fits-all documents — every strategy begins with your family, circumstances, assets and goals.
Focused elder law and estate planning experience — including the specialized knowledge reflected in Rebecca Hobbs’ CELA® designation.
A coordinated approach — working with financial advisors, accountants and other professionals when appropriate so the pieces of your plan work together.
Clear communication and transparency — clients understand what comes next, what we need from them and where their matter stands.
A concierge-level client experience — thoughtful processes, responsive service and attention to the details that make planning easier.
A relationship that continues beyond signing day — because families, assets, laws and goals change, and your planning should evolve with them.
